R&R Night-time Skincare

A night-time skin routine is really important as it’s the perfect time for our skin to be repaired and rejuvenated. Personally, I don’t have a routine for my night-time skincare, I like to see what condition my skin is in and what I think will help it look and feel better.

Last night my skin was extremely dry, tired and in serious need of some R&R! I raided my skincare box (which is becoming increasing full) and found some of my skincare saviours. First I cleansed my skin with the Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm which smells amazing and makes my skin feel soft, clean and renewed. I followed this by using the Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate and Kiehl’s Daily Reviving Concentrate, this is the first time I have used any Kiehl’s products but after they were heavily recommended I bit the bullet and bought them. The Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate was a lightweight cream which soothed and hydrated my face, I followed this with the Kiehl’s Daily Reviving Concentrate , I was nervous to use this product, as my face is naturally oily however this product didn’t feel greasy or heavy. I really liked these products and I’m looking forward to seeing the results.

Skincare regime

I finished my regime off the Flint + Flint Eye Hero which is a thin eye cream aimed at targeting tired eyes and fine lines and wrinkles. I really like this product as it eases the signs of fatigue and the bags under my eyes last night were so big I needed a porter to carry them!

This quick and simple skincare regime was the perfect rescue for my skin and it meant that I was done with 10 minutes and crawling into bed to catch some zzz.
